If it looks loose, wobbly, or won’t attach properly. Or if it rattles, squeaks or makes a funny sound. Turn the product off and call us on 03332425191 as soon as you can.

If you are struggling with assembling or using your product please call us – we’re here to help and no question is too simple (or silly). If in doubt call us on 03332425191 before you operate the product – if you damage the product you can’t return it.

Your order is subject to our Terms and Conditions which you agreed to when you placed your order.

Faulty Products

If you find a fault with your product please call us on 03332425191 – we can normally get things working over the phone and you’ll be back in the garden in no time.

We will repair/replace any faulty products that are under warranty – call us and talk to our expert team who can talk you through the next steps.

Trade and commercial Customers

If you place an order as a trade or business customer and you wish to return faulty products or ask us a question about something that doesn’t seem right please call us on 03332425191 and talk to our expert team who will get you out mowing again in no time.

As a trade/commercial customer, the distance selling regulations do not apply to your order, however, as a valued customer we will happily discuss anything that doesn’t meet your expectations. Please call us on 03332425191 to talk about your order.

Consumer Customers

If you have placed the order as a consumer, meaning you will not be using the products for work or in a commercial capacity, then you have the right to cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. You do not have to give a reason to return a product within 14 days. After inspection of the returned products, you will receive a refund for the products you return subject to the exceptions below. You are responsible for return shipping costs in this case.

Please note you cannot return your order to us if you:

  • Have used the equipment (unless it is faulty in which case call us)
  • Tried to service/fix your product yourself or someone else has
  • Have damaged/scratched the product
  • You have incorrectly assembled the product (call us if you get stuck and we can help you)
